• Represent a legally recognized, industry acknowledged and completely unified body of Ship Agents operating in Mumbai Port and Jawaharlal Nehru Port .
• Represent, promote and work for the rights and in the interest of Ship Agents operating in Mumbai Port and Jawaharlal Nehru Port.
• Offer representation, on behalf of Members to the concerned and appropriate Authorities on various important issues.
• Ensure speedy and effective redressal of grievances and quick implementation of various decisions.
• Attend meetings and make representations to appropriate Authorities to constructively take up issues related to Ship Agents.
• Provide a forum for Ship Agents to voice their ideas and their views.
